How we work

On the real system

We audit your actual platform (accounts, configurations, bills), not a declarative questionnaire.

An actionable deliverable

Every finding is prioritized and priced: quick wins, structural projects, risks to address. You decide, data in hand.

How the audit runs

The audit follows the Well-Architected framework across five pillars: security, reliability, performance, cost and operational excellence. It runs in three stages.

Collection. Automated inventory of your cloud environment: resources, configurations, network exposure, access policies, backups, consumption and billing. This phase is tooled and does not take more than a scoping meeting from your teams.

Analysis. The inventory is compared against provider best practice and your real constraints. A gap is only a problem if it has a consequence in your context, and we say so when it does not.

Readout. A report ranked by severity and effort, presented live, with actions ordered by return on investment.

What you get, and what you will not

You get a written report, the list of gaps with their severity, an estimate of remediation effort, and a prioritised action path. The report is yours, including if you decide to hand it to another provider.

What you will not get: a generic list of recommendations copied from provider documentation, or an audit that always concludes a full rebuild is needed. An audit whose conclusion is written in advance is not worth the time you spend on it.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a cloud audit take?

From a few days to a few weeks depending on platform size. The deliverable comes with a live debrief to your teams.

Do you need production access?

Read-only access covers most of the analysis; all access is logged and revoked at the end of the engagement.

Is the audit tied to a managed-services commitment?

No. The audit is a standalone deliverable; you are free to execute it with your teams or with us.

Where we operate

We operate your platforms worldwide, in every cloud region, with no geographic limit.
