How much does AI training for a leadership team cost?

Do you need to know how to code to follow this track?

No, not a line of code is written. The work runs on your own leadership files: the brief to produce, the decision pack to read, the spreadsheet to consolidate.

Why only two to four seats?

Because that is the product, not a room constraint. Beyond it the facilitator can no longer work each person's own file in session and the day turns back into a lecture. The exact number is settled with you at the framing stage, based on the level of the team.

What happens after the three on-site days?

Two follow-up days, placed within the two months after the last on-site day. They are there to correct, to extend, and to check that the method holds without us.
