One or two process owners who have done the Associate level.

A process redesigned with agents, one or two automated flows in production with IT, and what you need to train your teams at Foundation level in-house.

To prepare before day 1

Day 1 starts on your files, not on an example. Here is what to have at hand.

  • Three files re-keyed by hand, with how often: every week, every month.
  • A real sample of a summary note, letter or table to produce.
  • The tools the team already uses: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, your business software.
  • The participants' machines, so the environment is installed on the first day.

Pricing

Price per session, excluding tax. Tool licences, travel and accommodation stay outside the package. Extra seats on quotation. The Associate and Advanced levels are booked after the level below.

2, 4 or 6 seats, in pairs for the follow-up. An extension is decided at the framing stage, never promised in advance.

How much does the management and business track cost?

29,000 euros excluding tax for six days: four on site, then two follow-up days in two-hour blocks, closed within two months. 2, 4 or 6 seats. Tool licences and travel stay outside the package. That is the Foundation level price; the Associate and Advanced levels are set out further up this page.

Why 29,000 euros when the technical track is 25,000?

Because the track has one more on-site day: a technical team replays between sessions on its own repository, whereas here the practice is built during the sessions. The programme is not richer, the pace is different.

Are middle management and business teams the same track?

Yes. It is one track sold under two labels: the content and the hands-on work differ by function, the format and the price do not change.

What do the participants work on?

On their own files: the spreadsheet they received, the brief they have to write, the table re-typed every week. The methods built in session are recorded during the engagement and replayable by your teams.

What are the levels of this track?

Three: Foundation, Associate and Advanced. Each level is booked after the one below, with fewer seats and deeper work; the price, seats and per-day and per-person maths of each are written in the levels section.
