How much does AI training cost?
Three fixed-price tracks, excluding tax. Leadership team: 15,000 euros, five days, 2 to 4 seats. Technical teams: 25,000 euros, six days, 4 to 6 seats. Middle management and business teams: 29,000 euros, eight days, 4 to 6 seats. Tool licences, travel and accommodation stay outside the package.
What is the difference between the three tracks?
The audience and the material worked on. The leadership team spends five days on its own leadership files, without writing a line of code, for 15,000 euros. Technical teams spend six days on their own code repository, for 25,000 euros. Middle management and business teams spend eight days on their processes and their files, for 29,000 euros.
How does each track run?
The leadership track runs over five days: three on site, held within one month so the momentum holds, then two follow-up days. The technical track runs over six days: four on site, then two follow-up days. Middle management and business teams run over eight days: four on site, then follow-up split into two-hour blocks, which fit inside a busy working week. In all three cases the follow-up closes within two months of the last on-site day.
Why cap the number of seats?
Because dilution is the first cause of failure for this kind of training. Beyond six people on a technical or business track the facilitator can no longer unblock each person on their own work, and the session turns back into a lecture. We would rather run two cohorts. The leadership track runs from two to four seats.
Do you work on our real files or on a sample?
On your real files, that is the difference between a demo and a training. The data perimeter and the validation rules are set with you at the start, and nothing leaves the company without human review.
What is left once the engagement ends?
A written report, the slide deck, and above all the methods recorded during the engagement, replayable by your teams. For a technical track, a shared meta-repository built with you and owned by you.
Will the tool replace our teams?
No, and we put that in writing at the start. The craft itself does not move. What moves is everything re-typed by hand: re-keying, hunting for a document, consolidating ten spreadsheets. That is where the lost days are.
