SFR Payment Services, a payment institution licensed by the ACPR, wanted to deploy its first virtualised banking platform through its branch network in the French overseas territories, within a very short timeframe.
Faced with a banking sector in the midst of digital transformation, the aim was to ensure agility, performance and compliance all at once, while keeping control of the quality / implementation time / cost ratio.
