Passing on complex technical procedures in biotechnology is a critical challenge. Incorrect handling can have serious consequences. To meet this need, Sourcin has designed a collaborative multimedia platform dedicated to e-learning.
This platform brings together all of its clients' internal procedures in the form of short videos called Mediabooks.
Main objective: to train production operators continuously, and support them directly at their workstation.
With the support of the Premaccess teams, the platform migrated to the AWS Cloud to gain in security, availability and scalability.
